Best cinnamon roll in DC! But note they only sell it certain days of the week. Also I love their NC country ham sandwich for breakfast and their focaccia bread is delicious. I often buy the whole slab (when they're not sold out) and take it home with me for the week. The French toast is also the best I've had in DC. Basically I haven't had something here that I don't like.

I've been wanting to try this spot for a long time, and it was definitely worth the wait! The breakfast biscuit was fantastic, especially the vegetarian version with goat cheese--it melted in your mouth. The coffee was also excellent. The staff was very friendly, and there are plenty of seating options, making it a great place to catch up with friends or get some work done.

The recommendation was great and the price was surprisingly decent considering the area. Large and open seating in the establishment with friendly staff. The egg and spicy sausage biscuit was really tasty and I got the PB and banana toast to supplement it since I knew the biscuit alone wasn't going to fill me up. The main thing here is obviously baked goods, and they all looked phenomenal and tempting but I didn't order any.

Their sweet potato sandwich. Life changing. Let this be the one thing you order when you come to Baked&Wired!!!!! My experience is always amazing. This is definitely one of my favorite cafes in the city. Workers are very kind, and in addition to food, they have quality coffee and, of course, the best cupcakes. I definitely put this on top of my recommendations to any tourist/visitors of the city.
